Scheduling & Appointments
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to request an appointment, whether you’re a new patient or seeking a second opinion.
We often offer same-week appointments for new patients. Because we keep our panel small, we’re able to prioritize timely access and avoid long waitlists.
We see children and adolescents—from infancy through the teen years—who are experiencing neurological symptoms or concerns.
We’ll send you a checklist after scheduling, but it typically includes any previous medical records, a list of medications, completed intake forms, and any relevant school or therapy evaluations.
Insurance, Billing & Payment
We are a direct-pay clinic and are not in-network with insurance plans. This allows us to provide longer appointments, direct access to your doctor, and more responsive care. We can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
Yes. Many families are able to use HSA or FSA funds to cover visit fees.
Fees vary based on the type and length of the visit. We’ll go over all costs with you before your first appointment—there are no surprise bills.
Conditions We Treat
We evaluate and manage a wide range of pediatric neurological conditions, including:
- Headaches & migraines
- Epilepsy & seizures
- ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
- Tics & Tourette syndrome
- Concussions & head injuries
- Developmental delays
That’s okay. We often see children with overlapping or unclear symptoms. Part of our job is helping you figure out what’s going on and what steps to take next.

Yes, patients from all over the DFW area come to us for care. We also offer tele-health care if you are in Texas.
Forms & Contact
Our website contact form is not HIPAA-protected. Please don’t include sensitive health information. Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll guide you through a secure intake process for sharing any medical records.
Philosophy & Practice Model
We’ve chosen not to contract with insurance so we can provide longer visits, better access, and more personalized care. It also allows us to stay focused on your child—not on meeting insurance quotas. Click here to learn more about our philosophy and approach.
We intentionally limit the number of families we serve. This allows us to respond quickly, build stronger relationships, and avoid the rushed visits common in high-volume clinics.
